What to expect on shoot day.
01 Booking and access
You book the date and tell us how we get in — lockbox code, meeting you there, or the seller’s home. Anything special about the property goes in the booking itself so it reaches the shooter, not into a text that gets lost.
02 Getting the house ready
Confirm the address with us. A wrong address is the single most common thing that costs everyone a morning.
The house should be empty, and pets off the property. We work faster and the photos are better.
Lights on, blinds open, cars off the drive, counters and bathrooms clear, bins out of frame, toilet seats down. Twenty minutes of tidying beats any edit we can do afterwards.
03 Delivery
Photos in 24 business hours. Video in 48. Everything arrives in your gallery, sized for MLS and for social, ready to download.
If something needs fixing, it comes straight back to us — the delivery promise doesn’t move because of a fix.
04 Reschedules and weather
Cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment carries a $50 fee. If nobody can let us in and we’re held up more than half an hour, the shoot gets rescheduled.
