Media days, hype films, and the game itself.

We shoot whole programs, not just one player’s night. A media day sets your team up for the season; a hype film gives them something to run out to. Game coverage is still here, at the bottom.

What we want to be shooting

Two things a program buys once and uses all season.

One day with the whole team, and one film that gets played before every game. Everything below these two is the single-player game-night work — still ours, still good, just not the thing that carries a season.

Quoted per program
A day with the whole team What you get
  • Headshots for every player, cut out and ready to drop into a graphic
  • Hype clips — the walk-outs, the stares, the slow-mo
  • The graphics the program posts all season: game day, starting five, player of the game
  • Coaches and staff shot the same day

One morning replaces a season of scrambling for a photo of the kid who just got player of the week. The program posts from it in October and it still looks right in February.

Season or single game What you get
  • One film built to be played loud — the run-out, the crowd, the best of the season
  • Cut for the jumbotron and cut again for the feed
  • Shot on its own, or pulled from games we already covered

A season hype film is the thing a program plays before every home game and posts before every road one. It also does the recruiting job nobody asked it to: kids want to play where the film looks like this.

Build note · priceThe $199.99 is the non-game-shoot rate from Reference/pricing-sports.md, which lists “hype video” under that line — about an hour on site, one cut. A full-season program film has no price on the sheet and is quoted. Media days have no price on the sheet at all, which is why that card says “Quoted per program” instead of a number.

The Recruiting Highlight

Every sports price on this page now ends in .99 — Aiden’s call, applied across the whole site. The live Google Form and the Apps Script price calculator still charge the old whole-dollar numbers, so the form has to be updated to match before this page goes live. Aiden owns that.

Straight answers

Things worth knowing before you book.

01 One game doesn’t always fill a highlight

A recruiting highlight needs twelve to twenty real plays. A quiet night or a role-player’s minutes can give four. A mixtape can carry that — b-roll, crowd, slow-mo — but a highlight for a coach can’t be faked.

So we say it up front rather than after we’ve taken your money.

02 If it comes up short, we hold the edit

You choose on the spot: add our next available game — $174.99 basketball, $224.99 football, priced at cost — and we cut one video from both games. Or we finish the edit with what we’ve got.

No hold sitting open for a month, no chasing you. You decide that night.

03 Booking and credentials

We handle the athletic director. Book more than a week out and that’s routine. Inside seven days it’s a scramble — that’s the rush fee, and if the AD says no you get everything back.

04 Payment

Nothing is due until your credentials are approved. We email the athletic director first; once you’re cleared, a deposit locks the date and the balance is due before the game. One payment link — nothing to sort out in DMs.

05 Do you do other sports?

Build note · open questionBasketball and football are the only sports priced. Whether the sheet covers others is still an open question for Aiden. Right now the page only claims what we can actually price.
